Who is innoPath?
innoPath is a mobile technology company headquartered in Silicon Valley. Our mission is to drive superior care experiences for mobile service providers and their subscribers, and we have two key products: mobileUpdate and activeCare2. mobileUpdate is used by wireless carriers and device manufacturers to update devices over-the-air—similar to what you've experienced in the desktop world with Windows Update^TM. activeCare2 is used by customer care agents around the globe to make support calls go faster. We also offer an activeCare2 app that helps you repair a broken internet connection, and even place an "Express Call" to the care center. And that's just the beginning.

Will the innoPath applications collect or use my private information?
Absolutely not. innoPath's applications only collect and transmit information related to the system level behavior of your phone. Our applications typically access, verify, and correct the information that is available via your device's "Settings" menu; and this is done in an effort to prevent or streamline your support call with a customer care agent. Your private information, including keystrokes and the content of text messages, is never collected, stored, or distributed to any third party.
