ActiveCare Overview

  • Frontline Care - the ActiveCare Frontline Care service provides CSRs with a direct OTA link to the phone, allowing diagnostics and reconfiguration over the air.   • Mobile Activate - the ActiveCare Mobile Activate service provides operators with the ability to automatically detect devices coming on to their networks and then provision those devices, ensuring they are ready to work with advanced data services out of the box
  • Mobile Update - ActiveCare Mobile Update goes beyond legacy FOTA, providing software and system update capabilities to smartphones and featurephones. Now devices can be updated in mass campaigns, as needed to support individual customers or as part of the initial activation workflow.
